  I said this before but I believe that WT will get more and more into the real estate development game as they take a bigger digital approach. They own so much land and it would be am easy long term cash flow solution

  Excellent insight. I also think education and your attitude towards it (can be self-learning, an intellectual curiosity) is the enemy of certainty and black-and-white thinking, both in the cult and politically. And explains why it's under attack in the USA right now.
