Yeah no sorry this is a good start but it’s only a start. The whole world has spent every day for 2 years fearing imminent destruction. That can’t be fixed easily. It certainly can’t be fixed overnight.

But what if consciousness, like cognition, is also best understood as happening at the organism-environment scale? What would an ecological hunt for consciousness look like? 🤔
