    Yep - it is an abomination whoever practices it. There is a huge difference between 'critical thinking' and 'Critical Theory' however. The latter is an ideology on account of epistemic closure. We can teach critical thinking through a classical philosophy and without reference to a single 'cause'.

    That it enabled the idealist construct of 'cultural constructivism' which corrodes the scientific method and any capability for 'evidence' and 'truth' - and by definition is an intellectual and practical abomination to any Marxist or others interested in improving people's material conditions.

    I think our curriculum having a toxic postmodern clean out is a fantastic (and overdue) idea and Western values should absolutely be explicitly taught - but there is NO reason, indigenous history in all of its wonder and horror needs be a victim... #auspol
