    How the years have flown by. My oldest lad managed to get a few years in the Premier league. He's now approaching 40 his first season ticket year starting at Millmoor in the inter toto Cup. My younger son is now approaching 36 and has never seen us at that level. I'M hopeful I'll still be about. 😲

    Good to be optimistic 🙂 hope we follow the brentford, Brighton, Bournemouth route. Simon Wilson said long term is made up of lots of short terms. If the plan is effective, short term blips should not detract

    Definitely less pressure even when they lost 9 out of 11 games under Dean Smith in Championship in 2016-17 they stayed on course. But momentum can work as a positive too and accelerate progress. Be interesting to see how it goes.

    It took Brentford 12 years from L1 to top 10 in Prem. With the right structure, process, decision making could swfc do it in 6? Compared to Brentford, a smaller club, will our size be a help or hindrance?
