Ver postBy what I see on TV, climate change comes up every day, often discussed at some length. I watch mostly NHK and Asahi. The villains are the government, business and elite circles generally. Japan had a wonderful chance with the oil shocks and "sho ene", to lead the world, but totally blew it.
