I ordered 2 embroidery fish keychains back in June 2024 and never received anything. I sent emails and all I got was an automated message and that was that. This is an issue multiple other people have expressed in the Pateron discord, if you cared to look you would see the proof. (6)

You say that all orders have been shipped out to all those who were charged, but that is a lie. I have been randomly charged multiple times and still yet to receive anything. Even those who you charged THIS YEAR, have been reporting in not receiving anything (5)

You said the Pateron was closed, and yet people were getting random charges. The only way people would stop getting charged, is if they manually canceled the tier. Me and others were randomly charged August, September, November, and some even December of 2024 (4)
