If I had to guess, the renewal now is probably something new for Helix, or perhaps even better terms for distributing GTA VI because of how much money it’ll make. Epic had similar deals for Fortnite where it paid a lower commission fee to Sony because of how big the game was for the platform etc
Ver postFWIW this is just a bog standard publishing agreement that renews every few years. Take Two has the same agreement with Sony and Nintendo to publish games on their platform for example.
