Ver postIt's complete! All bookcases are filled, and all my games now have a home. This has been more than a decade in the making, with my collection being in storage for so long. I am so happy to finally have it done. It looks rad, too.
Ver postsubcreation is mega important to me in a spiritual and theological sense. creation makes known the mind and hand of the Creator in the way that our works make us known to others. genAI obfuscates that by design and really just tries to pile on convincing facades via prompts. doesn't work for me.
Ver posti didn't mean i have more refined taste, i meant that my tastes in art and music are literally actually probably super unpalatable to you. to me art is at its best the more you sense the hand of the person who made it. the more convincing and flawless it is, the less interesting.
Ver posttbh, maybe this is bad, but i don't particularly care to bring up the environmental and/or theft problems because the output is so repulsive without even going there. it just plain looks bad and stupid. (also i can't speak on those issues with as much knowledge or experience)
