or lets say it like this, i can sit down in my editor and iterate on something that will look pretty alright. but i am certain this process would be very different starting in figma instead, without mixing design and development, and its a set of skills and thought processes i'd like too!

in terms of modern resources on design sprints "Sprint" by Jason Knapp is good. "Design Thinking" as a general concept is also really relevant. Norman's Design of everyday things is thrown around a lot, but I'm not sure it's the best book tbh, but you can probably find by looking for related to that
