  What I find most annoying in reviewing public stadium deals is the condescending attitude of local insiders who insist they have some special knowledge that this really is a good idea. Thus, people who oppose it are just being obtuse to the obvious truth that *they* understand.

  I’d like to also hear the opinion of experts about the effect on sleep of having the sun rise at 4am mid summer (where I am) if we had permanent standard time. If only there was a way to mitigate these two extremes.
