  Two weeks of brilliant public transport and great service across Japan, then back to a 2 hour wait for our baggage to turn up at Heathrow. No explanation or apologies from @british-airways.bsky.social - just me being embarrassed in front of lots of tourists getting their first impression of the UK.

  @british-airways.bsky.social Hi BA. You failed to put my luggage on my plane but it got to Heathrow Sunday night. I live 45 miles away but your courrier refuses to deliver my luggage to me yesterday or today. Told not even on a route today! What is going on?
