    One of the MPs leading the fight to censor consensual kink raises the specter that oral sex, too, could be banned, as it is also dangerous. The entire argument in the UK is that on-screen consensual behavior could lead to dangerous sex IRL. Now she seems to be suggesting that no oral is safe.

    +1 to this point - of course there are lots of (small-s) safety problems with AI, from cybersecurity to discrimination to sycophantic chatbots encouraging self-harm. But the “AI Safety” (with a capital S) framing elevates sci-fi concerns like “x-risk,” “RSI” and “loss of control”…
