    I don’t think Jordan can get the votes. Something like 40 of those people are heading back to the real world and some of the won’t want to support the Pedo Protector. But he has enough support to keep someone else from winning, too. Deadlock seems most likely.

    Y’see, him quitting makes the House’s next move have to find a new Speaker. That precludes everything else, including Massie’s motion to impeach Hegseth. And isn’t there a continuing resolution coming due? 2/?

    This is one of those things I have to get off my chest: I thought Johnson’s resignation as Speaker was just a matter of him being a man-child and taking his bally and going home. And it might be. He’s certainly not Mr. Maturity. But it might be a pretty clever move, too. 1/?
