Doing Machine Learning on binary code? We've just open-sourced pcode_graph, a Python library that extracts semantic graphs from binaries to make training Graph Neural Networks easier. Samuel Hangouët introduces it here: blog.quarkslab.com/from-p-code-... #GNN #ML #Python #OpenSource
Ver post8/ In fact, I don't believe this decompiler replaces highly modifiable decompilers like angr. I still plan on doing algorithm POCing in angr, because it's just so good for that. Kuna is, instead, a way to experiment with how far agents can take high-level algorithms.
Ver post6/ This process also works for discovering novel places where all decompilers fail! In fact, a bug with non-returning functions was fixed in Kuna that is still broken in some decompilers. This was found by using the foundational metrics in DecBench that may pinpoint larger bugs.
Ver postI'd like to introduce Kuna, a new Rust-based decompiler that explores a highly experimental direction: self-refining decompiler development and usage. Or: a decompiler constantly improved by agents, made for agents. Kuna rivals the best in structuring now. Let's talk about it.1/
Ver postRE: https://infosec.exchange/@hnsec/116923239649243702 My #Semgrep C/C++ ruleset is ready for prime time again! Grab it before our new robot overlords take over the field of #VulnerabilityResearch entirely 🤖
