    The Electoral Board is required pursuant to § 24.2-107 to conduct its meetings in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, which requires posting its agenda online per § 2.2-3707(G). Minutes are required to be posted online per § 24.2-107(C).

    It's a serious problem that the city's Electoral Board doesn't post public minutes, only posted this last meeting's agenda as its first posted agenda since 2023, and made this absolutely insane decision to permit federal 'monitors' (including a paralegal & a financial analyst?) into polling places.
