  And as ever - and I recognize that these are simpler for me as a white cis guy - therapy with a licensed professional who can help you create redirection and coping strategies. It's not fair that you are subjected to this stress, but trying to shame or fight the stress-sources is not effective.

  If you can't completely limit your exposure, you can reduce how much of your life is defined by it by expanding your life in other directions. If you cultivate offline relationships, or online relationships that are not mediated on public social media; if you have hobbies that are just for you...

  You also need to accept that your critiques and concerns, however well-reasoned and legitimate, do not have the power to change the world. You can volunteer once a month at a food bank and have orders of magnitude more positive impact on people's lives than months spent Posting.

  I recognize that many of these things are additionally difficult for a black transfem person. That additional difficulty is not fair. But if online remarks & bad/bigoted opinions held by strangers are causing you emotional harm by exposure, you need to find a way to live where you aren't exposed.
