This year I lost my job, I lost my cat, I went to a crisis center (and still had to wait hours), I lost friends and my sense of belonging in so many places. I feel myself losing my love for music and teaching. 2026 Sucked. I just want to stop the flashbacks and the constant screaming in my head.

The same system that sent me to creepy therapists and didn’t listen to my concerns, tied me up for months in referrals and pre-auths, sent me into severe withdrawls from withholding prescriptions, and left me worse off years later than before. To the US medical system:

Nearly six months since I visited a crisis center and I have been passed around between doctors and practices and hospital systems claiming the next one does OCD treatment And you know what? They never do. And then they pass me off again while I fall deeper into the spiral.
