Back in the cursed timeline, it's now nine months since the R&R costed proposals were published. Multiple debate dates have been mooted and then vanished. Even getting MPs to vote on delaying a real vote appears impossible. Here's what I wrote at the time: www.hansardsociety.org.uk/blog/restora...
