    They both encourage each other here most of all! Mikiva knows she is a killer. Often, that makes her feel like a bad person, one who can never really make up for the things she has done. The jury is still out on that.

    Av'ry is a bit of a scoundrel, and he knows it. He definitely did some immoral things in the past, but he thought that was just the way life worked. He's changed a lot since then, and I think most that met him now would consider him good. But he wonders how much he is really different.
