Since I'm the same age Christopher Lloyd was in the first back to the future movie, I'm taking Jamison Whiting back in time with me to defeat the strong mayor amendment. We say no to having a single boss of police.

Perplexed by this argument bc I lived through the 2021 election, during which it was burned into my brain that we could only have a singular boss of police. And even though the mayor has always been the singular boss, all our troubles in 2020 could be blamed on confusion about who the one boss was.
