  Had a great time talking shop in a soup shop. Things you don't know from the edit: (1) Scott had a giant, intimidating stack of notes. The research was deep! (2) A young waiter was starstruck by Scott. Kept asking, do i know you? Are you famous? What's this podcast? Pretty sure Scott made a new fan.
