in past 10 years: Caltrain electrification AC Transit Tempo new BART, Caltrain, and Muni Metro rolling stock Geary and Van Ness BRT Post-RM3 Bay Ferry expansions Market Street station canopies (fwiw) Clipper BayPass (!!!) Clipper START Efforts for regional coordination (i.e. Big Sync) it's good!

The main thing I want to see in all bay area transit agencies is establishment or growth of continual improvement programs for service speed and reliability. Muni and SFMTA have been effective at this for years -- think of all the bus lanes in SF compared to 10 years ago.

AC Transit being able to improve some route frequencies, being some 30 min routes to 20 (and some 20 min to 15 min frequency where warranted)
