  “LLMs are much more reliable now and seem to be good enough that we don’t need to evaluate their output.” I’ve heard this take in different forms recently, and I‘m honestly puzzled by it. What does “seems good enough” mean? How do you know? This is effectively the “works on my machine” argument.
