    There was some discussion amongst birders about the Wheatear that popped up at the end of my little Snow bunting video. I've only ever seen Northern wheatear so can't be sure but she looks like a Northern female to me. (And if only that second shot had been sharp!) #PortlandBirding

    Almost managed better photos of the stunning Golden plovers at Lodmoor this morning. They'd landed much closer to the path & I was easing my way closer when 2 local birders, who knew fine well the birds were there, stepped out in the open right in front of them & off they flew. 🤬
