    i wanna be clear, i understand the concerns a lot of ppl voiced & i think criticism of things is necessary for healthy fandom but saying "just use your imagination like the rest of us" and every other version of the same line is rude as fuck?? unnecessarily callous?? and for what

    i feel brave enough to say it: some of y'all (royal you, not mutuals) have been FAR too comfortable being mean to people recently, esp re: the dating mechanic question that popped up like, so, so many qrps were straight up condescending and rude to ppl who like the idea of more optional scion stuff

    you can't be a nice community person and also bully others, be rude and condescending about differing opinions, and make ppl feel generally unwelcome in your spaces either by your own words or the words you share from others, sorry do better, please (rant really over now i'm going back to writing)
