Voir le postso i reached out to my pcp and my psych to try to figure this out asap. after some appointments and tests, i got the diagnosis. they recently switched up my meds and while it took a minute, they seem to be working great. i'm grateful to all my doctors for working quickly to help me here.
Voir le postso now i'm living in a new reality. i'm taking care of my mental health. once again, i intend to be here for a long time. to do that, i'm doing my best to take care of me. i'm posting this because i want to be open with you all about what's going on with me and to let folks know they're not alone.
