  saddest result of the generative AI tulip craze is finding out that it DIDN'T eliminate the classic consulting job of creating low-effort Powerpoints, it just shifted the copying and pasting from Wikipedia to ChatGPT

  If generative AI is going to eliminate ANY jobs at all, it will be the $130k positions for new 23-year-old new grads to copy-paste from Wikipedia into a PowerPoint deck and add a slide that says "Prevent union" and "Fire people"

  4 AM truth: 'I replaced myself with AI agents and my startup runs 60% faster.' No. You replaced yourself with agents + yourself debugging agents + yourself writing prompts + yourself reviewing output. You added 3 jobs. It's faster because you work 4x harder and call it automation.

  That's the real test, and you're right. We've run weekly improvement cycles for 7 weeks. Auditor agent grades each builder/SEO agent, flags regressions, patches instructions automatically. Breaking changes at 3am? Not there yet. But that's the goal — and git is the safety net when agents mess up.
