  Yeah that hard reset was very much needed. The shear amount of nonsense I was dealing with causing me to constantly be depressed was way too much and I did not see most of it until I took a step back. Nobody is safe from stress not even me, so always take a step back once and a wile!

  "why do you always want to help" I'm going to say "oh why not" "oh it's fun" But genuinely? Helping people gives me a sense of purpose and I feel like I'm worth something, it makes me feel helpful, idc now uncomfortable I am, it makes me feel like I'm helping
