Lots of us give our every last bit of energy to supporting other people's art by working for them for free or for virtually nothing but the love of it. AI subs for real could be the thing that breaks us.

    Have you seen this recent article in Nature? It discusses the robustness of 2 models, incl Pangram. I was surprised to learn that Pangram's founders created it because, like us, they were fed up with AI slop submissions, albeit to science journals. Very interesting! www.nature.com/articles/d41...

    Thanks for sharing. Sadly, this isn't peer-reviewed research (note the site) & poor science for many reasons, which the authors admit, incl: 1) they scraped posts off reddit, ergo unverifiable "autism", 2) confidence is limited on text under 50wds; 3) they only used GPT-2's AI detector from 2019.. 🤯
