The 2019-21 excavations at Round Church Street, Cambridge explored a 6m wide part of the King’s Ditch, a major boundary that surrounded most of Cambridge south and east of the River Cam. Two phases of the King’s Ditch, probably dating to the 12th-15th centuries, were present at the site.
