    I read that Schreiber deviated because she changed gear, to me that seems consistent with looking first and moving the other way immediately after moving too close to Brand. On the other hand, that is a risk you take if you want to leave that small a gap in a sprint without a good reason...

    Too harsh.. MS definitely deviated from her sprint line and Brand had to move but still had room… I don’t think it was deliberate, MS was on the limit, she was probably seeing stars at that point after the brilliant and huge effort she made in the race
