It’s wild that basic constitutional knowledge isn’t required to be a federal judge. Judicial nominee John Marck couldn't even say if a president can serve a 3rd term under the 22nd Amendment—saying he'd need to "review" it. The Constitution is clear: the answer is NO.

All the revolutions in the past happened because the people in charge didn't listen to anything else. For 2 years before the French Revolution they tried for peaceful change, for 12 years before the Russian Revolution, for 16 months in Cuba... They never give up power.
