    P.S. Swerving left/right does nothing to warm up the tires at that kind of speed. But many drivers do it anyway. Straightline braking is far more effective - brakes heat the wheels which heat the tires.

    BYD Yangwang U9X achieved 500km/h to become the fastest production car. Two things: 1) Driver repeatedly accelerates and brakes initially to warm up the brakes so he can brake at the end. 2) Abu Dhabi street road is smoother than most race tracks.
