Obviously I still WANT the numbers to go up (or down, in the case of counterweights on assisted pull-ups), but it’s been neat to develop a sense of pleasure & success from a rep *feeling good*: feeling my lats engaging while I make my traps stay put, feeling balance + stability in my lower chain etc

Something beautiful to me about the experience of strength training over time is a shift in attention from result to process. Instead of thinking of what weight got lifted, or which number went up, I have a new depth of awareness of my anatomy, of which muscles are moving when to what end, & how.

the email also say "This action was taken as the result of a user-generated report." does that mean that a random person reported my art because they didn't like it and my account get terminated?
