especially considering the potential consequences if anybody believed her reporting was factual. imagine if it passed and there were people who thought they were safe when they really weren't, and that ended them in jail (or worse)
Voir le postThis also feels uncomfortably icky in the context of many trans women's repeated downplaying or dismissal of bigotry/bias/hatred etc against trans men, sometimes to the point of pretending that it literally can't exist
Voir le postthe idea of using your platform in this way is just disgusting. literally appalling. i know for a fact it was fucking on purpose because there's no way you read this bill and think it's solely targeting trans women. but nobody's gonna read the bill, just the headline, & she knows that.
Voir le postnot to mention the fact that she's already BEEN blocked for years on twitter by basically all of Black trans twitter because she kept making racist comments and then playing the victim when anybody called her out on it 🙃
Voir le postfucking shame on her honestly it's so disgusting to misrepresent something like this. because what the fuck. are we seriously at that point of community infighting where we're having major influencers pull misinformation campaigns for whatever reason? bc this isn't the first time she's done this
