    just looked at the personal statement i edited last week [largely recycled from the year before] and kinda wrote a whole new one about completely different shit. i think this one is a lot more convincing in some ways but it doesn't address the prompt as much. should probably zombie both together...

    this was a neat post about collaborating with friends I especially like the point about asking potential collaborators what they're trying to do more of rather than assuming from their previous experience, because sometimes people are excited about something new! (I certainly am)
