Crowd can help. It's why I always wanted us to try and grow the HF. A hostile crowd can definitely affect the ref and encourage the team. The HF were too small to give us the full benefits, but they did what they could and without them it's embarrassing.

Voir le postI liked sitting in Blocks X and Y in the AW to get close to the HF noise. Plus I liked the close combat when the opposition shot toward the Holmesdale. The compromise (or whatever it was) that moved them up and centrally in the stand muted a considerable amount of that bite.

Honestly can't understand the logic with that & yes, the HF are worth points to us over a season. The players will definitely be feeling it.
