It may just be that the graphic isn't clear? At first, I thought it was implying a new gas station on Fenwick, but this is two separate projects 1. Existing gas station on Quinpool is getting renovated 2. Buildings on Fenwick are coming down to put up a new residential tower (maybe w/ retail?)

In a very revealing piece of information, it appears that Google only put the horse's ass name in there for us lucky US residents. It's why I am no longer using Google Maps. Says a lot, though, doesn't it? Even those clowns recognize the name change is meaningless.

The U.S. won’t allow Chinese vehicles to be sold here because Detroit would be wiped out. As a courtesy, Canada hadn’t sold Chinese vehicles, either. Now, Canadians will have access to better-built, affordable cars— ERASING a massive U.S. market. Trump is destroying America.
