    I used to lay hedgerows in Saarbrücken many moons ago. I learnt two very important things: 1) How to lay a hedgerow. 2) The inadvisability of dropping an axe on one's foot. #2 was a particularly valuable lesson and to this day, I have not done it again (touch wood). I owe a debt to Saarland!
