  It's the same with farm labor. That is really physically demanding work. A lot of the Latin American people who come here grew up farming. We DO need great pre k through college education, too. One more thing: hard labor breaks down the body over time. It should ALWAYS be well-paid.

  The fix is a legal one: ID them, fingerprint them, and give them a background check when they arrive. Then issue a worker's permit & tax ID, good for 2 years, but allow renewal. Require them to keep their residence address on file at all times. Require a check-in every 6 months.

  I worry there are FAKE STORIES ONLINE that he’s been located. I would not believe these without conformation. It’s very ominous that there is no confirmation.
