CWEK takes a lot of work to supervise. It's worth the overhead, to have CWEK in the office, because one day that kid will be working themselves, and we pay forward to the next generation. Is it worth it for AI? Sometimes perhaps, but not if we're just training someone else's profit.
Voir le postIt's kind of interesting to replace "AI" with Cocky Work Experience Kid. CWEK can have a go at lots of tasks. They pick it up quickly and can get simple jobs done fast. But they don't have any insight into context, or how to handle edge cases. You don't let them do important stuff alone.
Voir le postRight now it feels like we're surrounded by a crowd of people hawking entire crews of CWEKs. They are fast and noisy and everywhere, more every day. You can't hear yourself think for them. They are churning out results, burying you in answers, but not one is tested and certified and trustworthy.
Voir le postSleeptalk recorded their first single this week and we've gone festive! Very excited about releasing it asap. In the meantime, next gig is 13th November at the Spice of Life in Soho. Tickets: ticketool.co.uk/events-fe/a2... #livemusic #unsigned #christmasnumber1 #london
