This is a good example of "never buy a home with an HOA", but it's too late for the people who did. There *should* be some some sort of legal recourse here, especially since the HOA is basically a "rotten borough", but I'm guessing laws are written to protect them?

My neighborhood does not have a HOA and I would go to frankly frightening lengths to prevent one from ever being formed.

Grok being throttled for all but top Premium users is a vindication of my long running theory that Elon never intended to compete in AI. He simply kept taking on the most sophisticated open model available at the time & having both his loser team and loser user base act as a constant Training Run.
