    CM4 definitely, CM5 possibly a bit less but far from any shortages I'd say. The popular CM4 variants have regularly several thousand units in stock at DigiKey and Mouser.

    yea they have super long availability gurantees and generally keep stuff in production even if they exceeded that. During the pandemic shortages they did not supply distributers, if you are a company relying on Compute Modules you had to get in touch with them difectly to get any.

    For availability the Pi Compute Modules are generally the way to go. They are always available before the SBCs in a shortage, worst case via Pi direct sales. Also much longer availability gurantees, can assume they will be around in 10-20 years.
