I’m pleased to see soft navigations count towards LCP. This was an argument I made when I worked on Google Chrome because single page apps can provide much faster UX. Let’s say goodbye to the outdated nonsense metaphors that JS is smog or a traffic jam. It never made sense — now we have the data.

It has two weird things: finding the server you need to talk to starting from the user handle (the process here is very similar to the venerable OpenID 2.0!), and the fact that the Client ID needs to be a URL to a signed metadata file on your server.

I spent some time at work today making an example Wasp app with 🦋 Bluesky/ATProto login: bsky-login-example-client.fly.dev github.com/wasp-lang/wa... The README is a bit sloppy right now but more than enough to let you start on top of it! I will work on getting it into @wasp.sh core soon™️
