So either Holtz is a CM, or Henderson is. It can't be both, since both are Democrats now. That's the decision BOE has to make (presumably followed by appeal to the courts). And what happens to council business in the meantime?
Voir le postIf you accept the DSC's argument, then when Henderson turned in her party change it was allowed, but by the time BOE processed it yesterday it was not, and effectively turned into a resignation from the council by disqualifying herself.
