    think you need to, just be there for them without unnecessary fluff. Bring some food, even if you didn't make it. Help them clean up or just put the tv on in the background and have a good talk about something real. The most helpful thing anyone did for me during my losses was just being there.

    It's hard to support someone you love when they're grieving bc there is quite literally nothing you can do to take their pain. The best thing you can do is stop asking "what can I do to help" and just show up with what you have. Grief is raw so meet them where they are. Check in more often than you
