    David Ellison doesn't need a "board" or "panel" to monitor CBS and CNN News. CBS and CNN need old-fashioned editors and managing editors to supervise INDEPENDENT reporters working for media companies that have nothing to do with the Ellisons. Disclosure: I'm a proud dues-paying FPF member.
