Since COVID, public school enrollment has fallen faster than K12-age population in 39 states. Including those w/out vouchers, which draw a tiny ~0.1-0.2% annual rate of public kids. Voucher reform is necessary but insufficient for fixing larger structural barriers to excellent public education.
