    Sorry for the delay, I misplaced the book. For sure, Gibbons's piece was used in 1993's The Further Adventures of Superman, a full-prose anthology edited by Martin H. Greenberg. Hubby and I found it last year, and we already had all the Batman anthologies he did in the 1990s, so we snatched it up.
