Der Kipppunkt der Atlantikströmung #AMOC könnte bereits in wenigen Jahrzehnten überschritten werden - danach wäre ein Versiegen der Strömung nicht mehr aufzuhalten. Nur eine sehr rasche Reduktion der Emissionen kann das Risiko vermindern. Forscher können nur warnen. 🌊 www.scinexx.de/news/geowiss...

@dominiksteiger.bsky.social @nucleocapsoid.bsky.social and I are reviving our discussion whether for some variants - in this case PJ.2.1 in France -there might be a disconnect between wastewater levels and diagnosed infections/hospitalizations? Do you feel there is any evidence for that? Thanks
